We're sorry to see you go. You can permanently delete your Pericode account at any time.
How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Pericode account and all associated data, you have two options:
Option 1: Delete from Mobile App
- Open the Pericode app on your mobile device
- Tap the Settings icon (three dots in the top right)
- Scroll down to Account & Subscription
- Tap on your Account (displays your email)
- Scroll to the Danger Zone section at the bottom
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the warning and tap Continue to proceed
- Enter your password to confirm deletion
- Tap Delete Account to permanently delete your account
Recommended method
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the mobile app, send an email to:

Please include:
- The email address associated with your account
- Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- We will process your request within 7 business days
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Personal Information: Email address, display name, and authentication credentials
- Desktop Sessions: All connected desktop sessions and their configurations
- Conversation History: All voice commands and responses stored on our servers
- Preferences: All saved settings and preferences synchronized across devices
- Account Status: Your subscription will be cancelled (refunds per app store policy)
� Important Information
- This action is permanent and cannot be undone
- All your data will be deleted within 30 days
- Your subscription will be cancelled, but billing is managed by your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
- To request a refund, contact your app store's support directly
- You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Pericode again in the future
Data Retention
When you delete your account through the mobile app:
- Immediate: Your Firebase Authentication account is permanently deleted
- Immediate: Access to all Pericode services is immediately revoked
- Immediate: All active desktop sessions are disconnected
- Within 24 hours: Your personal data is removed from active systems
- Within 30 days: All data is completely removed from backups
- Retained: Only anonymized usage statistics as permitted by law
We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention, legal disputes). Password re-authentication is required to ensure account security during deletion.
