Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Pericode ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Pericode is a voice-controlled mobile interface for Claude Code that allows developers to write code and manage their development environment via voice while away from their desk. The Service requires:

• A valid Claude Code license from Anthropic
• Claude Code installed on your desktop computer
• A Pericode subscription ($2.99/month after beta launch)

3. Subscription and Billing

Pericode is offered as a subscription service at $2.99 per month (following the beta period).

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store)
• Free Trial: Beta users may receive promotional access during the beta period
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings
• Refunds: Refunds are handled according to the app store's refund policy
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Data Storage and Synchronization

The Service uses Firebase to store and synchronize your preferences across devices. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Your preferences are stored in the cloud
• Data is transmitted securely using industry-standard encryption
• You can delete your data at any time by deleting your account

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or harmful content
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Pericode and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pericode be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Account Termination and Deletion

You may delete your account at any time by visiting pericode.app/delete-account or through the mobile app settings. Upon account deletion:

• All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
• Your subscription will be cancelled (billing handled by app store)
• This action cannot be undone

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
